  一部海外予約サイト経由でのご予約について ‐Reservations made through some overseas reservation sites‐

  いつも当館をご利用いただき、ありがとうございます。
  現在、弊社が提携している一部の宿泊予約枠が、
  一部のエージェントによって海外の予約サイト（例：Agodaなど）にて再販売されており、
  以下のような事例が発生しています。
  
  •ご予約情報が当ホテルに正しく共有されず、お部屋のご用意ができていないケースがございます。
  •ご予約時の部屋タイプや宿泊日とは異なる内容がホテル側に伝達され、
  正しい内容でのご宿泊が確保できない場合がございます。
  •ご予約完了後、ホテルへの通知までに時間差が生じることがあり、その間、ホテル側でご予約内容を確認できないことがあります。
  •当ホテルが設定した料金とは異なり、高い価格で掲載・販売されていることがあります。
  •キャンセル不可の条件で販売されることがあります。
  
  このような背景から、海外予約サイトを通じたご予約に関しては
  恐れ入りますが、お客さまご自身でご利用の予約サイトへ直接お問い合わせいただきますようお願いしております。
  
  
  ホテルではシステム上の制約により、
  該当予約の確認・変更・キャンセル（事前のカード決済を含む）に対応いたしかねますので、
  あらかじめご了承ください。

  Currently, some of the room reservation slots that we have partnered with are being resold by some agents on overseas reservation sites (e.g. Agoda, etc.), and the following cases are occurring.
  
  - In some cases, reservation information has not been correctly shared with our hotel and rooms are not available.
  - In some cases, the hotel may not be able to secure a room based on the correct room type and dates of stay,
  which are different from the room type and dates of stay at the time of reservation.
  - There may be a delay between the completion of your reservation and the hotel's notification,
  during which time the hotel may not be able to confirm your reservation.
  - Rates may be listed or sold at higher prices than those set by the hotel.
  - The room may be sold under non-cancelable conditions.
  
  For this reason, we respectfully request that you contact the reservation site you are using directly for reservations made through international reservation sites.
  
  Please note that due to system limitations, our hotels are unable to confirm, modify, or cancel reservations (including advance card payments).
